Governance Structure

- Executive Committee – Manages day-to-day operations and program implementation.
- Advisory Council – Provides expert guidance and insights for sustainable impact.
- Financial Oversight Team – Ensures proper allocation and utilization of funds.
- Compliance & Ethics Committee – Monitors adherence to regulations and ethical standards.
Registration
- Trust is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Donations from India to Vani Foundation are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
